PAYMENT

We accept payment via Paypal, debit card or credit card.

All payments will be processed securely through Paypal, or Stripe for card payments.


SHIPPING TIME

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, please allow a maximum of 2 weeks before dispatch.

You will receive an email when your order has been made and is ready for dispatch.

(If for any reason you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to help).


SHIPPING COSTS

Please note that the shipping times below will apply after the piece(s) have been made. Please see above.


UK ORDERS: FREE DELIVERY. All items are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For, which aims to deliver the next day, and will require a signature upon delivery.

EU ORDERS: All items are sent using Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail Packets, which aims to deliver within 5 working days. There will be a postage and package charge of £7 (+ £2.50 for each additional piece).

US / CANADA / AUSTRALIA ORDERS: All items are sent using Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail Packets. There will be a postage.

Loss and damage compensation is covered in the postage and package fee and can be refunded if necessary.

Please note any duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

As each piece is handmade-to-order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns at this time.

We will happily offer an immediate and full refund for pieces which are damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty piece, please contact riccardo.rodriguezz@gmail.com with full details.
